Only disappointment was that the Brew Pub was closed the whole time we stayed. I know that there was nothing that could be done but I was looking forward to going there, maybe next time.

We loved our stay. The property is well decorated and very walkable. Our only complaint was that we were given an interior room instead, which was very odd because it is dark in the daytime which we did not like. Other than that it was very nice.

I know the property has changed hands recently, but they have a few glitches to work out. Documentation for the phone and TV was absent, but a trip to the front desk got answers to most of our issues. Our biggest complaint was the lack of seating in the room. Only one chair, and it wasn't very comfortable. Otherwise, a nice and classy room.

Beautiful old hotel that has been renovated, We were on the 2nd floor right above front desk which turned out to be very noisy! The hotel has 24 hour desk clerks , the 2 woman on duty started giggling and talking loudly from 11 pm to 12:45am. It was obvious we were not going to sleep, my husband went down and asked them to be quiet. The rest of the night was quiet, unfortunately we were wide awake after that! Not what you would expect in a 4 star hotel! noisy!

The area it was in was perfect. It was 5 steps away from the Amtrak station where we got off. It was also in the heart of downtown so everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance. The property also has a coffee shop, a bar, and a boutique in it. Unfortunately, the bar was closed due to renovations. Other parts of the hotel were under renovation as well while we were there, but I was pleased that it didn’t cause too much of a ruckus.
