“Cute little hotel in downtown Liberia. It's pretty basic but clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. After our flight was cancelled on a Saturday evening, we ended up at El Cerro along with many others from the flight. The staff worked hard to get everyone settled, gave us late night dinner options, and booked cabs back to the airport for the morning. So grateful to the wonderful front desk person on Sat March 21!”

“There was a mixup with our reservation through Expedia. After traveling for 14 hours the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. The young lady worked to try and straighten out our reservation calling Expedia but had no luck. We were able to book a room and got some rest. The breakfast was very tasty and filling. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re flying in or out of LIR. You won’t be disappointed.”

“The convenience of having so many amenities so close was amazing for our first time in Costa Rica. Get the package! We did so many fun things that were adrenaline driven! Food was great loved that they made fresh eggs for you! And the lunch during our adventure day was AMAZING I mean the best meal after excursions 10/10. And the Sunset dinner is stunning.
