For anyone with Gottingen as a destination, this hotel is handy. You drive straight from the highway to the hotel, which has ample parking opportunity (bot pay 10€ per night). City center is 2.2 km walk or go by bus. Restaurant and bar are quite spatanic. Breakfast buffet (30€) is adequate but not opulent.

Good value for money

We had a suite. it was spacious and comfortable. the price was fair with free mini bar (2 sodas, 2 chocolate bars, and bottles of water, and small chips). We had breakfast at the hotel and it was a great a varied buffet with quality product and made to order omelet. We had a good night. The area around the hotel is a little grey and we had windows on the car park. Parking at the hotel is not free. They have a restaurant and there is a Chinese just outside the hotel. All in all very practical stopover.

Horrible customer service

Never book this hotel. Ignorant staff and zero understnading when unexpected things happens. I travel a lot and always return to hotels that understand that plans sometimes changes. Those are the keepers dont waste your time om the others. Didn’t even bother to respond to my follow up message.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Wenn man aber 30 Minuten vor Ende der Frühstückszeit erst kommt wird man unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen. Das empfanden wir nicht wirklich kundenfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Nur die Lüftung im Bad läuft dauerhaft, wer einen leichten Schlaf hat mag das als störend empfinden. Dennoch empfehlen wir das Hotel.

Vi var blevet lovet suites dør om dør, men var ikke i nærheden af hinanden og så undrede jeg mig over at der var så stor forskel på to enslydende reservationer- vores stue var med en lænestol og kaffebar. Den anden suite var med sofaarrangement, spisebord, kaffebar og div ting til kaffen fx mælk. Vi kunne deles om det på tværs af værelserne men det virkede underligt at der var forskel. Restauranten og maden var helt exceptionel. Virkelig lækker mad. Personalet i receptionen virkelig søde

Vi var der en overnatning. Hotellet og familieværelset var stort, rent og pænt og ligger lidt fra vejen så der var ingen støj. Hotellet fremstår flot og al personale var imødekommende, venlige og nemme at kommunikere med. Morgenmad var rigtig god og masser af udvalg. Gode parkeringsmuligheder, der dog skulle betales udover opholdet men det var vi klar over på forhånd. Helt sikkert et sted vi vil anbefale og selv kunne finde på at vende tilbage til.

Hotellet ligger i et roligt område, med aflukket parkeringsplads med ladestandere, men stadig tæt på en motorvejsafkørsel. Sengene er glimrende, værelset pænt og rent. Udvalget til morgenmaden rigtigt fint, frisk og indbydende, og masser af plads selvom det var i juli måned. Personalet er meget serviceminded. Vi vender gerne tilbage næste gang vi skal sydover.

Synes det var mærkeligt at jeg denne gang skulle betale 15 euro for at parkere og det skulle vi ikke første gang og jeg må indrømme at jeg forventer parkering er gratis når jeg kommer til hotellet ellers må man lægge det på prisen
