“Basic room but all needs catered for. Helpful staff too!!”

“Momentan wird das Hotel renoviert. Dementsprechend ist das Erdgeschoss eine große Baustelle und eine Bewertung unseres Aufenthalts schwierig. Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht, jedoch Komfort gibt es zur Zeit nicht. Bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen wäre eine funktionierende Klimaanlage schön gewesen. So haben wir, trotz nächtlich geöffneten Fenstern, sehr geschwitzt. Letztendlich kommen wir gerne in dieses Hotel und freuen uns, wenn im September die Bauarbeiten im Erdgeschoss abgeschlossen sind”

“They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.”
