We were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice but were disappointed to find some blood stains on the pillowcase of an extra pillow that had been stored away. Upon arrival for check in ,the front desk was un occupied and front door locked and it was only 3 pm on a weekday. Also garbage bins from a collection earlier that morning blocked half the entrance driveway annd weren’t removed until much later that evening. In a good location and with easy access. However, the TV didn't work. A new one was supplied the next day (though the smart tv hasn't been set up, so couldn't access this). The powerpoints were very limited in the room. Nothing seemed tagged and tested (and seemed old), including the power cable provided, when the powerpoints were too far away from where my device needed to operate. There were two separate lights out/broken, the fridge seal was not intact (door didn't close propely) and on the last day of my stay, it completely came away from the fridge. The jug was very old and would benefit from being replaced. There were two separate lights out - one in the living room and one in the bathroom (above the mirror). We were in a 2-4 bed room which was comfy and met our general needs. The property is quite old and you get what you pay for. I would still stay as it is very close to Harbour Town and was easy to locate.
