We had a fantastic stay here. We had an extremely spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, full kitchen apartment with ocean views. Free parking, very close to tram stop, Cavill Ave, and beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend, and I hope to stay again.

Would recommend Trilogy apartments. Our room was a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Had a separate laundry, walk in robe & plenty of storage space. Amenities were excellent. Great pool, spa & outdoor BBQ area. Trilogy was within walking distance of plenty of places to eat & drink in Surfers Paradise. There is a bus stop on the highway just around the corner & a light rail stop one block over.

Modern, beautifully appointed self contained apartment. Clean and well equipped. Very quiet and peaceful, the grounds and pool were exceptional. Reception staff very professional. Great location to beash and shopping. We loved our stay here.

The room and pool area was clean and enjoyable to be in. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils/dinnerware. Having parking included was very convenient. However, communication with staff was hard as they have limited hours within the complex. Constant noise in the early hours of the Morning (before 7am) made sleep in hard. On our last day check out was at 10am however a maintenance guy walked into our room at 9:15am

This was a well located property for the price. Ten minutes walk to restaurants and heart of Surfer’s. Good for a small family. Pool and spa were great. Apartment itself was adequate. Carpet a bit rough, part of the dishwasher broken… but overall, a great place to stay. Not fancy but would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Reception were fantastic , one member of us was in a wheelchair and they couldn’t have been more helpful . They bought up a shower chair and a ramp to make things easier . Maintence staff were so helpful and friendly.

Of all the places I've stayed on the Gold Coast this one takes the cake! The staff are friendly, easy going, helpful and very accommodating. The apartment was clean, comfortably furnished, quiet and private. Clean air conditioning. Great kitchen, laundry and bathroom, rather impressive! The pool and leisure area is classy, family friendly and modern. Trilogy, thank you for my stay, you're playing the game right. Keep it up, I'll definitely be back and you're first up for my personal Gold Coast accommodation recommendations. Five star!

Great spot but tired room

Location location. Perfect spot to stay at goldie. Walk ro everything. Tram close by. The room was getting a bit tired though. Curtains were ripped, shower was tiny and old. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, no TV in the bedroom, and the lounge TV is from the 80s, ive stayed at much better in that price range.

I liked the pool temperature, and the apartment was a good size. I didn't like that there was no handwash in the bathroom to wash your hands and no chopping board in the kitchen to use when cooking. I also couldn't find the garbage shoot, it should be written in the room manual where is is specifically. Also, the receptionist didn't seem to know answers to some of my questions, maybe more training is needed. And maybe a second staff member on also, when it gets busy. It was very hard to get in and out of my carpark too.
