Highly recommend. The pool is fantastic for kids with the sand to play in and there are communal sand toys if you forget your own. Pool bar is great for food and drinks. The hotel itself is beautiful and the onsite restaurants are fantastic. Highly recommend you book ahead for the teppanyaki restaurant and also the buffet night at the main restaurant. We will stay here again! The staff are also, all wonderful.

The salt water pool was a unique experience! It was amazing. Loved the river pool and the slide! The spa was a little too small. Facilities was clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze! Parking was free! Buffet breakfast great! Our room had the lagoon/beach view! The facility is very family-friendly! Only thing we didn’t like, was someone was smoking above us and the cigarette butt was thrown down to our balcony!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptional – friendly, and very helpful. Timeless resort with top quality service. All employees were friendly and attentive and all went out of their way to assist you. The staff dealt beautifully with many difficult guests and they still treated them with undue kindness and professionalism. The resort pools and gardens are the best on the Gold Coast. Although in a great location, there was no need to go anywhere else - a true family vacation
