The property offers 3 spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms (0ne en-suite) large one concept living/dining/kitchen, access to a patio lawns and fire pit with sweeping mountain views
The space
The property offers full walkout basement suite on the owners property. The Flexible space offers two private entrances,
3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite to the master bedroom) accommodating a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, with a beautiful living and dining areas, plus a full kitchen . The two entrances open onto the patio and lawn areas which leads to an amazing viewpoint of the mountains fire pit and seating area.
The master bedroom and en-suite offers a lock option which offers accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children
(this option has no access to kitchen facilities).

Great place!
We met some friends here for a one night stay in Golden. It was clean, modern, spacious and a quick drive to downtown. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.
