Very nice property close to the city, shops , restaurants and transport. Parking is an added bonus, also lots of off road parking nearby. Very helpful staff. Though some renovation work going on, didn’t disturb much! Value for money!

But gave me powered milk when I asked for milk.

Great location, 2 bedroom appartment was good size for family of 4.
Hotel is tired and could do with some maintenance. Room seemed cleam. Kitchen missing some basic essentials like dishwasher tabs, tea towel & oven mit.

The lifts weren’t all working, the staff unhelpful and the hallways filthy. Weren’t advised that rooms only cleaned every second day. The bathroom was filthy with mould. The room keys kept losing their programme which meant more queuing for the lifts and at reception. I have had better standards in lower class hotels

"Air con control needed batteries, no soap in bath container. Little bit dated inside but serviceable. Road hump was way too high and cars scrapping underneath as they drove over it. Tried to book dinner and drinks to room but had to pay on purchase which was a little weird."

"On arrival we were greeted in a nice fashion. The grass around the hotel was a foot long & even had old shopping trolleys laying around. Our room had a musky smell & the room needed some money spending on it to get up to a reasonable standard. The heated pool was supposed to be heated to 28 degrees ..."
