7. Cozy 1-bedroom condo with AC in gorgeous Boca Raton

"The place is exactly like the photos. The host was very kind and patiently waited on me to arrive so he could show me around. The listing states that the host stays in a separate unit, but he actually stays in the same condo just in a separate bedroom. You do not have the whole place to yourself. "Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better. This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. It was clean. The shower is top notch (if you're comfortable showering in front of anyone staying with you). The courtyard is lovely. The neighborhood is great, walked to the park several times while in town. I did not use any of the kitchen amenities, so I can't speak to that. There was a...

12. Cozy & Bright Condo w/ Balcony/Deck Steps2Downtown

Lake Worth Beach

"Nice place, although not very secure. Went to dinner came back to find the Code to enter did not work. Lucky for us the slider was never locked and we had never checked it. Steps are a little steep so be careful and could use better lighting outside for walk ways. Parking we had to park on the street, not the best scenario. Overall it was nice for what we needed, a quick trip to take care of some personal things in the area."
