“My room was gross. Bathroom counter disgusting. Ceiling repairs that looked like they would fail at any moment. And the desk lamp was rusty. I will never stay here again.”

“I stay here all the time that I am in Peterborough. Staff really care about you and go out their way to make your stay very pleasant. I would not stay anywhere else. It is a little outside of Peterborough but only about 5 minutes away from any shopping you may need. I hightly recommend this Motel for a pleasant stay.”

Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable - not even hotels are that clean! “The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the back gardens is a big plus. Margaret is very accessible and helpful. Her garden shop is a lovely place to browse. This is our third stay and we will most likely return if visiting in the area.”

The house and property and gorgeous, the breakfast is big and delicious, and the programs that they run are great. I attended a Reiki circle that I found very helpful and relaxing. The shiatsu massage chairs are also excellent. I would return and I will recommend Rising Star!”
