Hotel area and rooms were nice. You could see that it has been a top top hotel but now some stuff has crusted a bit. Staff in the reception was really kind, in some other areas not so helpful. Food in the breakfast and some restaurants wasn't in the level of luxury hotel, actually some restaurants it was catastrophic.

Our stay at Vertali was made truly special by the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our vacation memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will consider back again and create beautiful memories at Ventali.
