“The room wasn't clean as I would expect from a 5* hotel. Missing toilet paper, soap and other facilities that other hotels offer. e.g.. bath gown, flip flops, shower gel. One morning when running the bath the water came out 'yellow/orange' colour. That was odd to see, it cleared out after 10 minutes. Some NOT all members of staff are friendly. WI-FI was intermittent, so if you are planning to have business meetings from the hotel, keep that in mind. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel and……

For Algiers it might be your best budget option near the casbah, but in Algeria it was my most expensive accommodation and the rooms and breakfast were the most basic/outdated. “I do not advise staying at the Ralf Hotel as the front desk staff were rude & unhelpful. The Hotel is well located but the air conditioning was not working & my room was uncomfortably hot across the two separate nights that I stayed in the hotel. I was told that somone from the Hotel staff would come to check the functioning of the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever did. Wi-Fi connectivity was so poor it was effectively unusable & instead, I relied on the data connectivity from my……

“ Notre réservation n'a pas été retrouvée. Pourquoi ? Au 1er étage les chambres étaient vraiment dans leur jus...1970's Il y a avait une théière par terre dans le couloir avec une tasse ... Je ne sais pas ce que vaut les chambres des étages supérieurs. Le personnel est charmant, compétent et au service du client. Le lieu est hautement réputé. Le cadre est magnifique. J'y retournerai en m'assurant que la réservation est prise en compte et en demandant des chambres remises au goût du jour.”
