“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre avec balcon offrait une vue incroyable, un véritable plaisir du matin au soir. Toute l’équipe a été remarquable : accueillante, très agréable, polie et toujours à l’écoute, que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou dans l’ensemble de l’établissement. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ J’ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et je ne peux que le recommander. Mon expérience a été excellente du début à la fin grâce à un service client d’une qualité remarquable. Je tiens à adresser une mention toute particulière à Hamida et Nawel, qui ont fait preuve d’un professionnalisme exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Hamida, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Elle a été d’un soutien précieux tout au long de mon séjour et a su rendre cette expérience encore……

“Very good location and buffet breakfast. The room was quiet and a reasonable size. The bathroom would benefit from a refurb with better ventilation. There was some mould in the shower. Very good value for the price.”

“The staff were really friendly and helpful We always had a chat - not sure if that’s because we were the only Brits in Algiers and so might have been novelty value - but nevertheless they were brilliant. The location is excellent - right by the metro station However - be aware it is opposite a beautiful mosque - and so you will get the early call to prayers - and it is loud. ALSO - very positive - a taxi driver who does some work for them and lives virtually next door “Youcef Sabour”……

“Exceptional. Newly (literally within the last few weeks) renovated with an intelligent interior design, this hotel is well located in the heart of authentic Algiers, several minutes walk from the first/last metro station. The room contained a TV, wardrobe, desk and refrigerator alongside a balcony view of the sea and park. The breakfast was quite limited, with juice boxes, water and coffee (though importantly, it was real coffee from a professional machine) and some sweet items. The room was……

“L'hôtel est très bien situé et c'est un bel hôtel, je ne trouve pas qu'il mérite les 5 étoiles ma chambre était propre mais l'aspirateur n'a pas été passé avant mon arrivée. Le lit n'était pas bien fait, mais je n'ai pas eut gain de cause au près de la gouvernante je n'ai pas insisté. Le personnel est très serviable et fait de son mieux pour vous faciliter la vie. La restauration n'est pas exceptionnelle mais le service est tellement professionnel que cela compense. Piscine très belle et……
