"There were 7 adults attending a conference in Chapel Hill (17 min drive away) and we each had our own room, plus a large kitchen and tons of living space, all for the price of one hotel room in CH! We played games and made cookies in the evenings and had a blast! We would definitely come back here!"

"Kitchen, Laundry and Bathrooms are the strong points for this listing. Inside was clean and comfortable. Outside had great parking with easy entrance, but porch, deck and yard furniture were dirty and not kept up well. This lovely wooded area caused a late night Uber to be a bit anxious."

"We had a great stay. We were able to celebrate our youngest sons birthday while we were there. Also our dogs got out of the fence in the backyard. The owner immediately contacted us to let us know that the neighbors were able to get them back in the yard and repair the fence where they got out. Very appreciative that they helped keep our dogs safe."

"From the moment we arrived at “Grandma’s House” we felt at home. Such a beautiful home, great attention to detail. The owners go above and beyond with so many extras ….from bathroom necessities to snacks in the kitchen this place is a gem! We will definitely book again ! "The town of Ghram is just lovely and this property is a great walking location to the town. It would be nice to have had a sheet with WiFi code and how to use tv as well as some local attractions/ restaurant recommendations.. Some bottles of water in the refrigerator/a couple of logs for the pizza over outside would be a nice touch."

"Vanessa's home is SO sweet, especially the gardens, decks, and outdoor spaces. The layout inside worked great for us––comfy & large beds in three bedrooms, which accommodated me, my husband, and four additional adult family members. We stayed for two nights.
