"It was a unique experience. The hotel is in an island and can only be accessed by boat. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. It was a definite must see but it was kind of eery to be the only ones staying there in the middle of a lake. The room and hotel had everything we needed but hot water. Thats the only reason i gave it a 3 star overall. The food was good and it was a good experience. "

"The staff was superb. Bardo Hotel In was under construction while we were there, so the pool was not operational during our stay. The host was excellent. I want to go back when the Reno’s are done. Breakfast was great. The hotel felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay there again.

"Staying at Mombacho Lodge was an incredible experience. I got the opportunity to stay in the park. There were howler monkeys, a sloth, butrerfliesand beautiful plants and trees all around me. Big groups of howler monkeys came through the property twice each day."

The customer service is outstanding, with staff ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the volcano view was a highlight.
The pool is amazing, perfect for pictures, and offers a breathtaking spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The added bonus of kayaks made the experience even more enjoyable. One day was not enough— will definitely be returning for a longer stay.
