“During breakfast period, hotel displayed sign to ask staff about food allergies. I went to the front desk to inquire about whether dairy was in one of the breakfast foods as it is a life threatening allergy. The staff member rudely told me that I would have to be the one to ask the cooks but that “they are very busy right now.” She was not understanding of the importance of my inquiry and lacked professionalism.”
