Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. "This is a really nice small hotel in Grand Anse in Praslin. Very clean and staff are well organized and attentive. Restaurant is also quite good and we had the prix fixe every evening. Nice swimming pool and waking distance to the small village and beach. Only issue for us was the beach was not a swimming beach (boats). Really need to have a hire car to stay here to make the most of it!"

"Quaint hotel with great staff. Nice meals. Stunning sunsets from the front porch. Only discomfort we had was in the room at night - the air conditioner was rather noisy and the bedsheet too thin. So it was difficult to sleep through the night as the air conditioner was rattling away and it was cold. Turning it off made it too warm!"

"Had an excellent stay at Raffles Seychelles. We got in early so they were able to allow us to stay in an open villa while we waited for ours to get ready and we were lucky to get ocean view of only for a short while. We were also able to stay a little longer in our villa upon departure as well. Everything was amazing but especially loved seeing the Tortoises, the breathtaking views, and the wonderful staff from check in to transportation to the restaurants. Would highly recommend. "
