The room was dirty, unclean, pubic hair on the fooor, dust, dirty hallways, unclean towels and the rudest and most unwilling to help staff ever. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours on our room to be ready. Arrived to the room after the 2 almost 3 hour wait to see someone in the room who said he wasn’t done cleaning the room which still had dirty towels from the previous guests. The staff is lackadaisical, unprofessional, and are not hospitable to guests. We checked out early and booked at another location because of the extreme poor service at Royalton. Would never stay there again.

The resort was beautiful, peaceful, clean, very well maintained, and the staff was very humble and friendly. The room was very spacious with your own private pool. If you are light sleeper, the crickets chirping might be a problem keeping you up. The restaurants offered a variety of foods, friuts, and greens for all nationalities to find something to eat. The resort had two large pools with an infinity view overseeing the ocean. They offered a few activities but we didn't participate because we had other commitments. There's not really much to do outside the resort and restaurants are scarce. Most attractions are 40 minutes plus away needing to rent a car to get around. The roads a narrow, curvy, and very steep making driving a challenge since you drive on the left side of the road. If you never driven on the left side it could be challenging but doable. If your goal is to relax and enjoy all amenities the resort offers, this is a beautiful resort to stay in.

This private residence was just beautiful. The views were spectacular, the staff were amazing.

My stay was absolutely lovely, just far too short! It truly feels like a secret hideaway, perfect for comfort, peace, and relaxation. The pool, breathtaking views, delicious food, and wonderful staff were all amazing. And the rooms? OMG so scenic and beautifully designed! I can always appreciate thoughtful architecture and attention to detail. Nina gave me a 10/10 massage, and Jen was an absolute doll so warm and welcoming. Overall, such a beautiful experience, and I’ll definitely make it a point to visit anytime I’m in Grenada. ❤️
