Took over one hour 30 min to check in. Food was terrible. Room service had very limited options, took long and sometimes forgot to deliver order. Chicken at the lunch buffet was served with feathers on it. Staff appeared to be nonchalant about issues raised. They offered a romantic dinner to passify ...

My go too … place to stay every time I’m in Grenada… always very accommodating to my needs .. great pool with a view that’s breathtaking… recommend this place to anyone who wants a at home feel!!!

If you like hidden gems this is definitely the place for you. Sharon and her team ensured I was comfortable. I got great info before my arrival especially because it was a holiday. Breakfast was great and the entire experience was wonderful.

Room was not ready at 5p. Suite w 2 bedrooms and i was a single so they only cleaned one room, give me one towel and no tiolet paper. They pre-arranged taxi for 6a pickup. No show so they kindly called someone else who came right away. The car didnt appear to be a taxi due to the junk in the car ...
