“Pool was ice cold. Charged every night unauthorized on credit card for a prepaid hotel stay. When spoke to staff, they couldn’t figure it out until third attempt of complaining. Price is expensive for what you get in Windsor. For the two weeks we stayed could have went to Mexico all inclusive. Breakfast starts at 6am but all the food options do not come out until closer to 0700. So if you work at 0645 and are staying here don’t pay for breakfast here.”
