“Check in/out was fine. Property is smoke free, yet we had a bunch of cigarette butts on our back deck the next morning. Asked reception to clean for us in the morning, still wasn’t cleaned at 5:30. Was finally cleaned later that evening. One of the worst beds that we have ever slept on. Extremely hard and uncomfortable.”
