This home is in the perfect location for weddings in Grand Rapids or even a quick shot to Holland. with 3200 sq ft of living space theres plenty of room for everyone. We have three living areas for entertaining space. It was beautiful, very clean, and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.We especially loved the large kitchen, the many cozy gathering spots throughout the house, and how comfortable the beds were. The showers were a standout as well—truly luxurious and much appreciated after long conference days.Lexi was a wonderful host. Her instructions were very clear, and she was extremely responsive to our questions. When I reached out for details about the mattress, she had all the information ready, which was a nice extra touch.There were a couple of surprises worth noting. There was a required Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee, even though the listing indicated that all fees were included in the advertised price. Also, the basement toilet was quite loud and ran for a long time after flushing, enough to wake most of the house despite multiple doors being closed.Overall, this was a great space and worked very well for our group. Our family of 8 adults absolutely loved staying in this home! Everything was clean and modern. We appreciated the extra touches like the steam shower, gas fire pit, deck, grill, and pool. We were in town for a funeral and decided to gather at a home rather than split up in hotel rooms, and it was the best decision we ever made. We were able to spend time and laugh and relax. The outdoor activities with the pool and hot tub were amazing on hot summer days. Just a short trip from Grand Rapids where we could visit a bunch of breweries. The host was very accommodating and responsive as well. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I asked Lexis is there was a pack and play for my 2 y/o grandson. She did not but she went out and bought one so we would have it for our trip! This place accommodated our group of 7 perfectly and there was plenty to do at the house with the bar, hot tub, pool, fire pit, and back patio to name a few.
