“Unhappy staff, slightly arrogant management, and forgot to make up our room for once and the receptionist came up with several excuses for that, instead of rushing up to solve the problem. But this has been satisfying compensated in the end, that's good. Positive points: nice breakfast, beautiful architecture and swimming pool.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights. We were met by the host Stephanie who was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the complimentary Prosecco for our anniversary- was a very nice touch. Ample parking outside the property. The property it self and surrounding areas are very clean and neat. Modern furnishings inside including ample kitchen utensils. Bathroom was nice with good water pressure in the shower and even had a washing machine if needed. The property is close to Anse Kerlan beach which has……

“The hotel is located at isolated place which make it perfect for holiday. the best time there is when I was in the pool watching the sunset. The staff is kind and helpful, but the manager keep saying weird Chinese to us, and the wifi definitely need improved.”

“Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.”

“Wir waren für 5 Nächte in dem Hotel und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und am Ende des Tages noch kurz in den Pool zu hüpfen war super. Sehr nettes Personal. Im Meer vor dem Hotel kann man nicht baden, das wussten wir aber vorher und fanden es nicht schlimm. Einzig ein Mülleimer im Zimmer, abgesehen von dem kleinen Badmülleimer, wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Wir würden wieder kommen ”

“Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. ”

“Very convenient location. Good breakfast. Staff friendly. Bikes available to rent. However we were not notified in advance regarding all the construction on the road which impacted the common areas and the outside patio of our room. There were holes in the ground around the back of our room and workers so we were not able to have private outside seating for most of our trip.”

“Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmereinrichtung ist gut, Frühstück inklusive, kleiner Pool zum abkühlen, Supermarket, Restaurants und Take Away in der Nähe. Leider hat man uns vom baden abgeraten, angeblich sind Rochen in dieser Region. Wir sind rund um die Insel mit dem Bus gereist.”

“The pictures don’t do this place justice! We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in a lovely room in our own bungalow, and when we arrived, they had prepared prosecco and a fruit platter for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly beyond our expectations. The beach was beautiful — just steps away from the hotel. There were very few guests during our stay, so we often had the pool all to ourselves. We ended up eating both lunch and dinner here many times because the food selection……
