Place was very clean and staff was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very clean as well. One small issue is that it seemed a tad too dark in the room. Another lamp or light fixture would have made it a bit better. However I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very convenient to have the restaurant adjacent too. Outstanding stay.

I’d love that there was a pool and a hot tub for a small town what I did not like that at around 9 PM. It was getting noisy although it didn’t last in the restaurant attached to the hotel was not the best.

Pool and hot tub were disgusting. Hottub was full of dirty foam, they had a large party of kids with two adults, using the pool with all kinds of food and the people wearing their jeans and dirty clothes in a pool and the kids wearing just their underwear in the pool, which was probably dirty. also seeing it was nighttime. When using the shower the water wouldn’t drain so the water was above your ankles by the time you finished a quick shower. Not to sanitary I would think.

Very nice place! The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart!! Food at the boss was ok. I had the Riley and for a steakhouse I was not impressed. It was good and cooked correctly but very thin.

Stayed in multiple rooms over the span of a week, 2 rooms had blocked drains and one had food from the last customer left in the fridge. The place is a bit dated and just feels overpriced for what it is. It’s a small town though so you take what you can get. Much better rooms for much less money in Edmonton.

I would highly recommend the paradise inn and suites. The bed was comfortable and noise was very minimal in the room overnight, despite the highway being right beside the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They had great tips about the restaurant next door and were very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and gave a detailed explanation at check in about what was all available. The only slight setback for me was the way the breakfast is handled. Rather than a free continental breakfast that you could go at between certain hours, breakfast needed to be pre ordered from a select menu between certain hours and then was made to order. The concept in itself is not a bad one and based on the restaurants food I have no doubt that it would be a delicious breakfast as well, it just for me personally would not have been as convenient as a walk up, free continental breakfast, and therefor I did not utilize this service. Overall it was an excellent stay and I will definitely be staying there again the next time I need accommodations in Valleyview!

The towels were nice, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast at “The Boss” restaurant was awful, in fact all the food there was bad. Overall the people were nice check in was a little stressful with Fiona being a lot.

I think we were given a room that wasn’t prepared for us. When we arrived, before going to bed the tv would not work. Kept saying no internet. We just decided to go to bed. Next morning tv still wouldn’t work, let front desk know as we were checking out. Went to take a shower, there was no soap bars, husband seen mold in shower, & the towel holders were covered with rust. Not good stay.
