"We enjoyed our stay overall at this vrbo! The location is excellent, it is a 5 min walk to the lake. The neoghborhhod was quiet and felt safe. It was nice to have our own parking spot on the property. The house is newly renovated, and had nice finished and a kitchen that had all the needed tools. There were a few tjings that could still be added as part of the renovation, but ill assume that is ongoing."

"We booked this property for the total eclipse. Unfortunately, it was cloudy but it was a perfect location. Close to town, close to local vineyards, quiet with a private dock. This was PERFECT for a couple looking to get away in a beautiful spot."

"This site was booked for viewing of the total solar eclipse. And while the weather did not cooperate, the site itself was perfect. The grounds were lovely and private, and the house was clean and comfortable. I think it would be even better if there was a television onsite, but overall it was a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting. The host was very accommodating and responsive and terrific to work with."

We brought groceries and had everything we needed at the house to make all meals. Loved the dining table in the front room with the wonderful view of the lake. Gary’s communication was fantastic - he gave a heads-up on the sneaky railroad underpass to get to the house (which was totally fine for my sedan), and checked in at the beginning and ending of my stay. "Went to Keuka lake for the eclipse, the house was in a great location, close to Pen Yan and wineries. House had 3 bedrooms and 1 small bathroom. The annex house of which we had access to had another bathroom ( toilet and sink upstairs and a shower down stairs.) The house on the water had great decks to view the eclipse and the lake. "We had a great time relaxing by the fire pit. Everything we needed to keep a good fire going for multiple nights was provided. Close by to good breakfasts at Angels, and just a short drive to Watkins Glenn and other attractions by the lake."
