Traumhafte Aussicht

Das Haus bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Comersee. Es ist geschmacksvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sauber. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht für erholsame Ferien. Simona ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen im Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist toll, der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer einmalig. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Check-In und Check-Out hat absolut reibungslos funktioniert. S. ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Straße zum Haus ist relativ eng, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Der Parkplatz ist ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt, aber auch das ist kein Problem.

Schön privat und wunderbare Aussicht

Die Lage am Berg ist zwar Anfahrt technisch etwas herausfordernd, aber das kleine Steinhäuschen mit privaten Garten, umzäunt ist ideal und Ruhe zu finden, schöne Aussicht. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, alles perfekt.

Tolle Unterkunft mit fantastischem Blick auf den Comer See. Auch aus dem Bett heraus. Überdachte Terrasse und Balkon, sowie als Highlight der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse.Sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeberin.Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit ca. 50m vom Haus entfernt.Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund frei und unbeaufsichtigt haben laufen lassen können.Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Grandiose Aussicht über den Comer See

Gemütliches kleines Rustico mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See. Wir waren drei Personen, 1 Bad und 1 Gäste-WC waren vollkommen ausreichend! Alles war super sauber! Die Gastgeberin sehr zuvorkommend! TV Kanäle für deutsche Sender erst ab 625 empfangbar. Für Hunde super, da gibt es absolut kein entkommen, das ist super eingezäunt und der kleine Garten voll reicht aus, man geht ja eh mindestens 2x Gassi.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse traumhaft. Parken an der Ferienunterkunft kein Problem. Zu Fuß nach Gravedona etwas aufwändig, runter ok hoch anstrengend.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr netter Empfang durch die Besitzerin. Gefehlt hat uns an nichts. Die Anreise durch die engen Straßen war nur die ersten Tage "spannend". Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, sodass unser Jack Russel ohne Probleme alleine laufen konnte. Selbst er hat kein Schlupfloch entdeckt.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Eine sehr tolle Urlaubslocation mit einem spektakulärem Ausblick über den oberen Teil des Comer Sees. Es ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern ist sehr gut und leicht. Die Zufahrt zum Objekt führt lagebedingt über eine enge Straße. Man sollte schon etwas Fahrerfahrung verfügen und die Maße seines Fahrzeugs kennen. Man sollte keine größeren Probleme mit dem Treppensteigen haben.

Klein, Fein, Ausreichend

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus, oberhalb von Gravedona gelegen mit einem schönen Blick über den See. Küche komplett ausgestattet, es fehlte an nix. Die Übergabe / Rückgabe mit der Vermietern war problemlos und in 10min erledigt, auch die Kommunikation in Englisch war sehr gut. Der Whirlpool war nicht mehr der neueste (laut Vermieterin wird dieser demnächst ersetzt) und das Wasser war riechbar überchlort. Abhilfe war ein nachträgliches Abduschen. Ansonsten alles top, wenn wir nochmal den Comer See besuchen, wird dieses Häuschen wieder unsere erste Wahl sein.

Tolles Haus mit super Panorama

Etwas versteckt gelegenes, schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht. Anfahrt durch die schmale Straße etwas beschwert aber machbar. Sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Hund kein Problem (eingezäunter Garten). Das Haus ist gerade im Küchenbereich gut ausgestattet. Betten alle ok. Schöner Fußweg runter in die Stadt ca.15 Min. Rückweg (Abendsport). Gute Einkaufsmöglichk. 2 Hundestrände in der Nähe: Spiaggia Lido di Gongo Ausflugsziele: Bergamo Einkaufszentrum Colico Monte Legnoncino Aquapark Dervio

Kaution ohne Begründung gekürzt

Das Häuschen liegt idyllisch in einem kleinen uraltem Dorf über dem Comer See mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Leider sind in beiden Schlafzimmern die Betten eine Zumutung. Eine Matratze ist durchgelegen, die zweite hat einen schrecklichen Lattenrost. Leider kann man die Matratzen nicht tauschen. Nach 4 Tagen tat uns der Rücken so weh, dass wir aufgegeben haben. Bei der Anreise habe ich in Bar für unsere beiden Hunde bezahlt und für Handtücher, Zusätzlich die Kaution in Bar hinterlegen

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Chaleureux accueil par la propriètaire. La maison est propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La vue est magnifique. La seule chose un peu génante , est le chemin vers la maison qui est difficile d'accès , mais surmontable . Météo plein soleil tous les jours À refaire.
