The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Quiet area. Nicely decorated. Checked in late and was hoping for continental breakfast before leaving but it wa no longer available even though shown on website. Staff helpful in bringing towels late after check-in which it turned out that we overlooked before requesting.

The location was about 30-45 minutes away from the West-Yellowstone Entrance, Once we found the location, the check In was very cute ! In a Tent ! The receptionist was very friendly and because there was a chance of RAIN the weather was forecasted to be in the cold 50’s so we rented a portable small Heater wth 2 propane tanks, each tank is to last about 6 hrs. Once settled in we drove about 5-10 minutes EAST on the main highway to find some food. There are a few Restaurants and a market where you can buy already made sandwiches, salads, chips, Plastic utensils, and even buy some souvenirs. Our night stay was amazing it started raining and the sound of the rain was very soothing and romantic, the only downfall was we were not able to stargaze as we had planned but we definitely enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the portable heater kept the room somewhat warm but we were prepared with warm clothing and slept pretty well. In the morning we drove to the bathrooms due to the road being muddy and wet for about 20 yards. The portable bathroom was cold and the water to take a shower was very cold aswell. We went back to our Cute, Comfortable, very Roomy Tent - packed and drove back out to the main Offfice Tent. Our Check-out was fast and we even bought a cute Hoodie as a souvenir to always remember our beautiful stay.

Luxurious stay after backpacking in Wyoming. Late season offered me great rates and easy booking. Staff were friendly and communicated well. I loved sitting in the wood fired hot tub under the stars.

This was our 50th Anniversary celebration with our family. A wonderful week at Yellowstone and the house was perfect for our needs. A few minor feedback items. Three of four clip for hot tub cover are missing, the doorstop for front door was broken. Someone had tried to stick it back with aluminum foil. Not successful. Foam mattress covers should be stored somewhere beside in bedroom closets which renders the closet unusable. Otherwise all was wonderful. Best stocked place we have ever stayed.
