Arrived to a warm welcoming from hotel staff. The room was a good size/clean and had all amenities we are used to in North America. The hotel is very close to the train station which was perfect for us. All other areas were walkable, but if you couldn’t public transportation a step away. The full buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices and ample time to get to.

Very clean and modern hotel. Fantastic location near the train station and tram lines around the city. However, the staff were not the most helpful (Staff would not deliver towels to the room, housekeeping not arriving to clean room until after 4PM). Breakfast area was clean and bright. Breakfast was very average otherwise. There was a conference at the hotel during our stay causing long queues for the coffee machines, which were self-serve only. I would stay here again precisely for it’s location and cleanliness but knowing the level of service could use an upgrade.

So comfortable beds, we slept so good which was thankful since we were on the road from Croatia. Quite rooms. Breakfast staff was extremly friendly and I got nice help asking what I could eat since I have celiaci. Good variety on breakfast. The coffee from the machines was surprisingly great, which is usually rare so thumbs up for that. City centre is a short walk away. We visited Der stier restaurant which is also wonderful. Super friendly town and serviceminded people. Overall we had a wonderful one night short stay in Graz and will definitely visit again next year.

Beautiful hotel, very good and warm welcome, loved my modern and clean room, same with the nice and fresh breakfast each morning. Opposite the central train station and only a short stroll into the center of beautiful Graz. Highly recommend for a few days.

Difficult place to park in front of building to load and unload. We arrived before 3 pm and the room was ready but they wouldn’t let you check in or pay 30 euros. The TV wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it because maintenance people leave by 4 pm. Manager came to my room and verified and was kind to give us free breakfast.
