Caserta is a very nice town and the people were very friendly. For after hours check in go to Tropicana Cafe on the right. They have the key. Breakfast is bread and cafe, no protein is offered.”

“This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening……

“The room was pretty clean, but unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable at all. The neighborhood also felt a little sketchy, so we did not feel completely comfortable with the location. Additionally, the owner wanted to come by after 10 PM to collect the city tax.
