“Staff was fantastic, super welcoming and friendly, hotel lobby and room were spotless, house keeping even folded my clothes. Breakfast was fantastic full service with great pastries and well done up fruit plates. Nearly everything about our stay was perfect. Big thanks to the staff for such great food recommendations, amazing treatment and warm welcoming and hospitality. :) My only complaint was that everywhere in the hotel besides our room had a reek of cigarettes, despite the hotel being non……

“ We had a lovely stay! Luigi was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcome from the start. The room was beautifully renovated, spotless, and very comfortable. The only downside was the two sets of stairs—manageable for most, but could be tricky with heavy luggage or if you have mobility issues. “We stayed before Christmas. The decorations and street environment was amazing! There was a huge Christmas tree in the square that played a song every hour. We walked to the dock to board a ferry to Capri. The meeting spot for day trip we booked to Amalfi and Positano was a block away. Excellent staff very helpful and pleasant! ”
