“Hi, I wanted to provide some feedback about our stay. We stayed for three nights and left the "Please Clean Room" sign on our door each day, but our room was never serviced. We weren't expecting anything elaborate, but we did expect the room to be cleaned, the garbage emptied, and fresh towels provided during our stay. If this is due to a different housekeeping policy, we wish it had been communicated to us at check-in. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.”

“The property was clean but there’sa couple things I wish were explained before booking. So the hotel is and “energy efficient hotel, and good for yall… but this takes a ton of the customers control over the environment. Away in the room… for instance you can’t have the bedroom and living room Ac on at the same time, the units just turn off when there hasn’t been movement in the room, the room gets hot when sleeping, also if hey missed a few things like putting the black out blind “stays” on all……

“This property has been updated to be an extraordinary hotel. You will not be disappointed with the clean rooms, kind staff and delicious breakfast.”

“It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all”
