"The room was modern but basic. We didn’t have a blind or sheer curtain so when we had the blackout curtains open there wasn’t much privacy. The carpet was stained. The children’s bed was wobbly and the frame had sticky marks on it. The small fridge wasn’t very clean and the bath could have been cleaner. ..."

"Bath was brown (from stains, should have been white) - there is no way I'd want to be in that. Endless fire & safety violations - fire doors held open, poor signage, cables across areas people were walking. Staff were rude and dismissive when we arrived. Food was bland"
