"Be prepared to wait over an hour for check in. They are extremely inefficient when it comes to the check in process. Lines and lines and only 1 person checking in people at 3 PM check-in time.
We were not greater once when coming to the hotel. A hotel this level, the staff in lobby should greet you every time. We booked two rooms and called to have the rooms unlocked in between. It took three phone calls and two hours to receive the simple service.
That being said, the rooms are great. They are very spacious and well maintained. The amenities are amazing. The service at the Pool bar on the ninth floor was amazing. The team there is so welcoming very friendly and very efficient. The restaurant itself is beautiful and food is great. The hosts is extremely unwelcoming. We asked to be seated outside for dinner, she stated that the table was reserved. We stayed there for two hours for dinner and the table continue to be empty the entire time. You will not get a smile out of the hostess.
The team on the first floor restaurant/café is also amazing and has great customer service.
They are very friendly and efficient.
Overall, the hotel is amazing with great amenities. The staff just needs additional training."
