"Property was better than described. I loved the location, right by the lake in a peaceful area and close enough to Port Clinton, Sandusky, Marblehead and Catawba. We were mostly there for fishing and had a great time with a lot of fish caught. "Apartment was very clean and well stocked. Lots of towels and extra blankets. The coffee for the keurig was good. :) Games for kids to play and plenty off televisions, if you wanted that. The door handles for bathrooms and bedrooms were a bit quirky and parking was a bit challenging because of bike week, but our hosts did as much as they could to secure the visitor spots. We would have liked more than one space for parking since we had 11 people and two vehicles, but that was the only negative....

"Jeff and his wife were great hosts, and always available for any questions we might have. Had so many games around it’s impossible to get bored staying there. Our friends rented out the house connected to the back yard and it was perfect place to share with (friends or family). Loved it!! "There were some hiccups with the cleaning people, which delayed the cottage being cleaned before we arrived. The property owner responded fairly quickly but the property wasn’t ready for us until after 9:00 pm. There were a few maintenance issues (outside window pane broken, bathroom mirror lights inoperable, loose toilet seat, and a nearly full outdoor trash container with the remnants of cleaned fish). But nothing that we couldn’t live with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
