Except for; the listing says air conditioned yet there is no thermostat in the unit. Every day the unit was comfortable, but at night time it got excessively hot. I had to message the host each time I wanted the unit cooler and it didn’t really seem successful. For a listing that isn’t a room in a house, it’s its own studio apartment, I should have my own temperature...

“I would not recommend this property. My family and I felt unsafe as soon as we pulled up. The house smelled bad on the inside and is not as the pictures stated. The one bathroom with a shower had an unsafe drop down tub and an outhouse type bathroom outside. There was trash left on the futon in the living room and I immediately asked for a refund and the host stated that he would give me that. I have pictures stating that. “My family rented this property to send off my brothers ashes during kiddos Spring Break so everyone could be there. We had a large crew and aweful weather all week, yet the house and pool gave us plenty to enjoy despite everything. Very comfortable, we were able to cook meals in the kitchen. ”
