"For some reason our tv had a problem. The staff came up immediately and fixed it. I forgot (I thought) my personal items. I went down stairs and told the staff. They were so accommodating. We three laughed when I told them I was a hot mess. They were genuinely caring. The breakfast was probably the best I have had at a hotel. Best hotel in Maumelle for sure. This was my third stay with them. You definitely will not go wrong staying there. The room and bed was outstanding. Book there and you won’t go wrong. "
