"For the most part, the apartment was clean, but the floors throughout the entire apartment were extremely sticky, which made it feel not very clean. We were only given two towels and nothing to stand on when getting out of the shower except the sticky floor. The apartment also smelled as if someone had been smoking cigarettes in it recently or someone in an adjacent apartment had been smoking and the smell creeped over. "Cute little apartment, ideally located for walkability to all activities in central Little Rock. Almost a five star, but point taken for the frustrations of getting into the building and the apartment. Had to call the owner for assistance. Better check-in instructions could help. Also, more than one washcloth and a few hand towels would be nice. Last but not least, for first-time visitors, some tourism propaganda would be helpful. Bottom line: for the location we’d stay again if we were here...

"Mr McCoy was the absolute best! He helped my sister and I grill our steaks because we had never grilled before and forgot the George Foreman 😅 he made sure we had everything we needed! Amazing host! And we loved Rocco! The room was cozy and clean! The land was beautiful! Thank you for letting us stay!"
