The room was clean, staff friendly, facility smaller with very tight parking but very close to the hospital where I have needed to visit my brother (5 minutes, easy access) so I have stayed here 4-5 times and it has been perfect for that purpose. I am sure I will stay there again.

Very pleased for the price. Good location. Walked less than a mile in both directions down Augusta to the west End and the waterfall park one way, and to restaurants and Ingles in the other direction. Breakfast should have had more options.

Stuff at the counter were all friendly, helpful and cheerful. We stayed 3 nights, but no towel changing (so we ourselves took the old ones down to the front desk and get the new ones each time). Need a lot of touch ups in the bath tub and dusting the shelf under the sink. Our shower was hot, but not in our son's room. There was no toilet lid. I wish they provided better coffee for BF. Again, they have very nice, cheerful & helpful stuff!

Great, economical place to stay

The hotel was conveniently located for food and entertainment. The staff was kind and professional. The clerk even gave us a room that accommodated my handicapped son.
