But I could hear the people on the other side of the wall.They were so loud. I called the front desk and asked if I could be moved to a different room. They move me upstairs to a room that was not as nice as the one downstairs.The air conditioner was making a loud noise.The bed had about a three inch gap from the mattress to the metal bar that I kept hitting my kneecap on. I called front desk & asked him to come check the air conditioner. He came upstairs and adjusted the airflow. It still did not help. At this point I felt like I was being punished for complaining about the loud noise in the first room. Also, it was just as loud upstairs. they put somebody directly on the other side of my room.
