“The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights after walking out of the Super 8 by Wyndham (whole other review...but stay away). We were in one of the rooms in the hotel, not a treehouse, after finding out there was no bathroom or shower in the treehouses. They did have bath houses available but we weren't looking for the "camping" experience so we grabbed a room. Nothing fancy, but adequate for my wife and I and eleven year old grandson. Perfect as a base for everything the Dells has to offer. Friendly staff. And……

“We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! One of the first things we noticed was how clean everything was. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a lot of what looked like brand-new furniture—some pieces, including the sleeper sofa, still had the tags attached. The mini fridge was much larger than expected, and the room also had a safe. The only thing we noticed missing was a microwave, though we didn’t ask if one was available. The staff was plentiful, friendly, and always visible……

“The property is generally very nice. I was extremely surprised to see the mold around the edge of the outside pool. For the whole appearance to be complete they definitely need to work on it. My food from from 240 west was very blah. It also came out incorrectly. That happens I'm little disappointed but to be fair these things happen on an individual basis and the property can be a nice stay”

“Room clean”

“Pool across the street was small, but nice and quiet. Bathrooms in the rooms are ridiculously small! Basically enough room to stand in them (the sink is outside the bathroom). Soap and shampoo dispensers were both empty. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for breakfast first morning. Second morning we knew to not even bother to try to get any. Getting coffee and Starbucks inside restaurant was also impossible on Saturday morning as workers were there and acknowledged us, but never came to wait……

“Overall had a fantastic experience for a sister’s weekend! Would however like more detailed information on getting around the resort as we often left early to try and find where we were going.”

“The property was very clean and was located in a convenient location, close to the Kalahari waterpark and many restaurants. The room has a microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Adding a coffee maker to the room would make the stay at the Wisconsin even better!”

“OMG! I was so happy to be there, everything was perfect and I’ll be back soon.”

“We go every year, and this year was completely different. Usually we get there and staff at front desk is attentive and on it. This time as we got there, they told us that they were having trouble trying to find our booking. Once they found it they gave us the key to a room where there was still people in. We immediately went back to tell the staff, and they had no idea why there was people still there, or what rooms where occupied or weren’t. The coffee machine was down the whole stay and the……
