The staff are the best. There was a problem with booking through a third party, and they were able to smooth it out. There were very thoughtful complimentary water/snacks in the rooms for us. They were under construction when I went and that made parking a little difficult, but we did get a spot. The breakfast was pretty fantastic. I couldn’t get over the view of the loch across the street. The hotel was very nice and we would definitely look this one up again!

Excellent location. Our suite was spacious throughout. Parking was a challenge and check in directions to room could have been more helpful. Coffee maker did not work and had no directions. Distillery tour was informative and tasting was very good. Lakeside restaurant food was excellent and the staff were wonderful.
