“The room was clean. The host was responsive to the TV issues and responded in kind. The host also adjusted the thermostat so I stayed nice and cool. The mattress leaves a bit to be desired and the guest couch is a bit firm. The directions to the site could be a little more clear. All in all it is conveniently located between Clermont and groveland with a quick connection to the fl turnpike ”

“The property was very comfortable for two adult guests. While there is sleeping for six, seating is more limited. The couch seats 3 (if someone doesn’t mind sitting on the split between cushions) and there is one other chair in the living room. There are 3 bar stools, as well. The hosts were very timely and cordial in correspondence. Travel insurance is highly recommended, as there was not flexibility on that point when our arrival was delayed for several days due to the snow in our area. ”

“Pain in the neck. Entire experience was aggravating. Water was turned off in the middle of the last night. No spare roll of toilet tissue, which was not a problem since we had no water the last day. Tiny room reminiscence of a small cruise cabin. No TV. ”

“Kitchen has everything you needed. Washer and dryer in unit (didn’t use) host had cold water in fridge and chocolate on table. AC worked great (once i figured out the remote with help from host) nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes. Felt like I was back home in Connecticut. ”
