The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated. I read reviews about the hot water, but we had no problem; the shower was great with adequate hot water. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The mattresses isn’t plush but I slept well. New hotel, clean, no carpet!

Excellent hotel. Rooms are cleans and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is a must, a lot of different choices. Pool is awesome. They do offer transportation to the park which you have to reserve.

Great location near airport and services

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and it felt safe with 24/7 security patrolling the grounds. The air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice resort! Everyone is friendly and professional. The restaurant serves some of the best food and cocktails that I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the size of the room, it has a walk in closet, washing machine, living room and a kitchen. This made our trip to Disney a very relaxing experience. Keep up the great work!

The cleanliness of the property, the rooms are cleaned daily. Whet I didn’t like was an extra charge of $175 after I have paid for my 7days stay and upon checking in I was told a service fee of $175 for the 7days I’m staying which I wasn’t informed about when I booked my stay.

Everyone from the front desk to maintenance to breakfast staff were kind, caring and truly treated us like family. When we come back to Orlando, we will stay in this hotel. The best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. Thank you for your hospitality. Plus its conveniently located so close to universal that we could've walked if we wanted to. The free shuttle made it perfect for our trip. There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. Very close to the hotel.

The property was amazing it is 10 mins away from Disney parks and 5 mins away from the Disney entrance gates. There is a target, 5-below, lime fresh Mexican grill, and a Starbucks at walking distance. The pool is very large and amazing for kids. The hotel rooms are very large with pull couches, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen perfect cooking. The hotel staff is on another level they offer top-tier service at all hours.
