“The place is very nice. Close to the entrance of Yosemite. Nearby a Mar-Val with great and fresh food. The place is quit and everything you need is there.”

“In the description when booking it should include that the available parking is not free and that there will an additional cost per vehicle when you arrive.”

“Was everything as advertised. There was some unpleasant odor in kitchen/ living room area that we had to buy air freshener to deal with, but the owners didn’t know about it and tried to rectify. All in all it was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Wound definitely recommend.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. The host was great and answered any questions we had right away. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of spices for cooking which was nice. We enjoyed the grill and the outside areas of the property. For us, It was an excellent place to stay.”

“Place is decent for a small group. We traveled with 5 adults. Beds upstairs were good. Downstairs pull out was uncomfortable. There is a 50 HOA “parking fee” to get into the property. This is communicated after booking but not before. A little ridiculous because you do not receive anything for this additional cost. It was a good house for our purpose. Some instructions are a little confusing. Fans made noise, at least the ones we could turn on. No remote was found anywhere for the second……

“Fine two story structure in Pine Mountain subdivision near Groveland, CA. Staff provided nice accommodations and it was relatively near Yosemite. ”

“I don’t recommend this house at this time. It feels like no one has been inside the property for a year. It has dusty, breaking down furniture, dirty make-up wipes on the night stands, spiders in the corners, trash in the backyard, and more. Not to mention the host does not turn on VRBO notifications so you must give our your personal number or call the VRBO assist line to get help. My group all voted to leave early because it just was not worth staying at. Until this property get some updates,……
