"Surf House" 2bed/2bath

Welcome to our Surf House, located in the heart of Grover Beach! This cozy and charming duplex is perfect for a friends' retreat or a family getaway. Enjoy the convenience of on-site amenities including Wi-Fi, Smart TV, outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, and more. Centrally located off of Grand Ave, you're just a short ride away from the beach, freeway and restaurants, making it an ideal spot for exploring all that the area has to offer.

The space
Our Surf House comfortably sleeps 4 guests with two beds: a queen bed and a trundle bed (with two single mattresses). For larger groups, we can accommodate 1-2 additional guests for a fee by
providing a queen-sized air mattress that can be set up in the living room, along with extra sheets. Additionally, one guest can sleep on the couch, though it is not a pullout.

This duplex property is designed for privacy, with no shared walls between units as the private laundry room is located in between. While the front yard is a shared space, you'll have your own private area to relax and unwind. The yard also offers a small view of the dunes and is just a 5-minute drive to the Oceano Dunes Recreation Area, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and beach lovers.

Guest access
Check-In/Parking:

Access the unit any time after 3:00 PM on the day of check-in with the code provided in the check-in instructions.

Check out time for the unit is 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Free parking is available in the gravel area directly to the left of the duplex or on the street in front of the house.

We offer early check-in (from 1:00 PM) and late check-out (until 1:00 PM) for a fee of $29. Please submit requests at least one day before your check-in/check-out date.

We are here to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Feel free to reach out with any questions before your arrival. An extensive house manual is provided for your convenience, detailing all the ins and outs of the unit.

For guests staying longer than a week, we will provide access to the laundry room. We look forward to hosting you!
