優點：雙床房很大，整潔尚可，位置近地鐵站，周圍很多食肆。
缺點：位於公寓內，有幾間不同公司的酒店，人多，比較雜，五部升降機，但每次都等5-10分鐘。房內沖涼的地方漏水，每次沖完涼後，洗手間地下全濕，最差是早上未夠7點，冷氣吹出油煙味，令整間房都是油煙的味道，很難受。
