"We loved this hotel for our 6 days there. My biggest complaint was expressed at check-out and that was no one refreshed room the entire time there. We even removed the do not disturb signs when we left for the day and they still did not come in. This should not have mattered anyway, the last time we stayed at a hotel long in California had a policy regardless of the signs they came in to inspect the room and clean as necessary.
