"This hotel is AMAZING! The staff is polite, pleasant and very attentive. The location is top notch with a view that doesn’t get old! On site activities were great. The hotel is close enough to everything yet far enough to be able to disconnect. I can’t think of one bad thing to say about this place. Would definitely go back !!"

"This was the most beautiful property that Ive seen in Guatapé, everything was so clean and beautiful. The staff was so much fun at the bar, they danced with us and we had a blast. Ill return again and again! I can't say there was anything I didn't like ❤️"

"The views from all over the property were amazing. The balcony photos in the room descriptions do not do justice. Each cabaña is unique. "

"The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems. The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. Stay was everything I could imagine and more but was disappointed by the jacuzzi not being able to be used for a chunk of the stay. Also, thank you to the staff that helped me carry my suitcase up and down the trail! And thanks to Rocky for being so energetic."
