"The house is in a residential part of La Parguera, about a 15 min [not very picaresque] walk from main drag. It’s a quiet, very clean, spacious home, and the owner is friendly and helpful. Only complaint we had was the check in process- not sure if the error was on part of owner or VRBO, but apparently there was some confusion on owner’s part about check in date or something. Anyway, we did not get communications from owner, including access instructions, until after we had to contact him...

"Such a wonderful place. The views are amazing, and just like the host mentioned you can really hear nature. This was not a problem for my fiancée and I, this just added to the experience! The home had everything that we needed for our stay and the host made sure to check up on us asking if we needed anything else. The home does take some time to get to from the airport but trust me it is worth the drive. Honestly we wanted to visit as many places as possible while in Puerto Rico but coming back...

"Had a spectacular time at Mary lees this past weekend. Has mesmerizing views of the coast and surrounding area. Very well equipped kitchen, with all the amenities and more. All that you need to have a really , really good time is there in the house. We really liked the decoration and its beach vibes. Loved the large terrace with its bbq. Very comfortable rooms , large bathrooms and showers , large common areas g , family room and dining area. Very peaceful area. Has all the needed water...

Plenty of space, no shared bathrooms, great kitchen, beautiful grounds, easy ocean access, lots of kayaks, fun snorkeling in the mangroves, easy paddle to small islands. Hot tub is great even though you didn’t think you’d want one in Puerto Rico! If you can afford this place, you should!"

"We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!"
