Wonderful second floor apartment! One block to restaurants , two blocks to Guilford historic town green and downtown shops! Under two miles to shoreline east trains. Second floor 700 sq ft cozy apartment that can sleep 3. One bedroom with bathroom, eating area, one room that serves as living room with kitchenett. Coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator. Complimentary tea, coffee, little snacks. In bathroom soaps, shampoo, toiletries, towels.
Couch opens to sleep on, the back folds back. There is also a rollaway cot that can be set up anywhere.
